Weight watchers are always saying, “Everything in moderation,” and according to a study, that goes for sleeping as well. Researchers found that when women slept for more or fewer than seven hours per day, it had an effect on an early sign of Alzheimer’s disease. The key is to get just enough sleep–not too much, and not too little.
