This morning I heard on the news that Tom Brady and Gisele are on an alkaline diet and it keeps them energized and reduces swelling. This is what we apparently need to eliminate if we hope to run like the wind, score big touchdowns, and become super models.
Looks like pizza is not totally off limits if you are going to try to eat like a Pro.
