This is an incredible article about dealing with end of life decisions and our pets. For me this piece is incredibly timely as I am going through this very same issue with my dog Jazz who also suffers from congestive heart failure and is almost 14 years old.

After 3 weeks of scheduling a time to put my dog down, I have still not done so, as I’m not sure she is ready (clearly I am not either).

I was comforted to read this piece in the New York Time by Anna Hamayoun.
