Any gymrat will tell you that there are as many people who join a gym, attend for a month, and then quit, as there are regular members. While the dropouts’ excuses vary, many say they just have no time. Researchers were keeping that in mind when they investigated whether exercise could be as effective when broken up into small segments throughout the day as it is when done in one fell swoop.
