Shape Magazine has put together a list of the top 50 Summer diet foods. Whatever does that mean? Does it mean if we eat these, we will automatically lose weight or are we supposed to add these to our normal routines?
We were curious about what they had come up with and were impressed by this vast list. Take a look and let us know what you think. Some of these items could be pretty hard to find.
