It doesn’t come as a surprise that so many of the elderly wish to remain independant and living in their homes for as long as they are able. A trial project in Europe that uses robots to assist the elderly in their own homes and provide feedback with regards to their behavior and health sounds very futuristic, but it may be the answer to a huge problem.
