Many pet owners often relinquish their animals out of frustration, lack of pet education, and low funds. A new program at a South Los Angeles shelter partners animal rescues, volunteers, and donors (of course) with the intent on helping the owners in any way they can, thereby keeping the animals out of the shelters and back in the home with their loved ones.
