We were introduced to producers and series stars Susan Stava and Jody Atkinson through a mutual friend. Susan and Jody are two best friends who met when their daughters were in nursery school (they are now 18.) We talked to them this week about their new series.
The energy between Susan and Jody, resulting from having been best friends for so long, is contagious. On the show, Jody is in a “long term” marriage and has a daughter and a son. Susan is newly divorced, with 2 daughters, and ready for the dating scene, and being “helped” by her best friend, who just may or may not be living vicariously through her best friend. This show will make you laugh!
The show is shot in New York and Rockland County area. You can watch the first episode below (it aired on December 14)–and a new episode will roll out every Wednesday at 9:00 Am starting December 21….don’t worry, we will remind you– you will be able to watch it on BA50:
