For those of us who golf, during this Covid -19 season we are spending more time than ever on the course. If you find, like me, that you need a couple of more outfits in your rotation, below are some great suggestions. While I want to look stylish in my golf attire, each garment needs to be functional and comfortable as well. This is sometimes easier said than done! I have often struggled to find golf skorts that have deep front pockets (where are we supposed to put two balls and a few tees in many available styles?). As a gal over 50, I also prefer to have some extra length in my skorts. For tops, I usually wear sleeveless styles in the hot summer months, but I do not want my bra straps showing, so I look for styles with a little more shoulder coverage.

Want to stand out in the crowd with trendy, bold golf attire? G/FORE, owned by Peter Millar, became well known for their brightly colored leather golf gloves. Their unique, super comfortable golf shoes quickly became fan favorites as well. Lots of styles have limited sizes available, so don’t hesitate if you want a pair.

Jofit’s Mina long skort is a best seller for many reasons and I own several. They come in SMLXL sizing with a wide stretch waistband and pull on style, so if I gain or lose a few pounds I don’t have to worry about the waistband fitting. They have deep front pockets and most styles also come in 2 lengths. Whether you are tall or prefer some added leg coverage, the longer length is perfect. If you have fabulous legs you want to show off, or want to wear it for tennis too, the shorter length might be your preferred choice. With an extra wide brim, this white visor will match all of your golf outfits.

EPNY makes some of the lightest skorts I have worn, making them ideal for hot summer days. They have lots of fun patterns, and I especially love the Spirograph print on this black and white skort paired with the matching top and unique visor.

This white top by Nivo, which comes in several colors, provides a bit of extra shoulder protection. For petite gals, this polo is also on the shorter side, which eliminates the need to go to the tailor. It looks great paired with a hexagon skort by EPNY. This new tie-dye crossbody bag with a removable wristlet by MZ Wallace will hold all your essentials on and off the course.

Pairing a striped top with a solid skort is a winning combination! Jofit’s new red petal hem skort is sure to make a statement. These Bombas socks have extra fabric in the back so they will not slip down or cause any irritating rubbing on your ankles!

I hope these suggestions give you some ideas on how to elevate your style on the golf course.  As I often say, even if my score isn’t great, I can at least look great in my outfit!!
