I am always drawn to florals when I go shopping, and my wardrobe contains lots of them. Florals remind us of nice weather in spring and summer, when the colors of nature are mimicked in feminine shirts and blouses. Simply pair a floral top with any bottom, and you can skip jewelry and other accessories and still look effortlessly put together.
If you typically wear mostly solids, consider a small floral pattern, which can be softer on the eye. It may also be easier to style a floral shirt in colors that you already gravitate to in your wardrobe. I am especially drawn to florals that have white, black or blue in them to mix and match with my denim collection.
