Put down those gadgets and do things the old-fashioned way — with a crayon and some good ole doddling! Turns out taking notes and drawing may help workers stay more focused; plus doodlers retained more than nondoodlers when remembering information that had been presented in a boring context, such as a meeting or conference call. Good stuff to know (and write down in crayon!).
