Many marketers have gotten used to  referring to “Boomers” as “Seniors,” but the reality is that the average Boomer is only 55–not really all that old. So, as Gen Xers edge closer to their mid-life crises, perhaps someone should come up with another term for Boomer, and “retire” that word altogether.
