As if carbohydrates and sugar don’t get enough bad press already, now the Mayo Clinic has found that people between the ages of 70 and 89 who go the high-carb route dramatically increase their risk of developing mild cognitive development. Just so you know…there will never be a time when you won’t have to watch what you eat!
