Your Boobs:
When is the last time you had a bra fitting? Are your girls smashed into some bra that is too tight causing the dreaded side boob? Get your boobs, all four of them (if you count overflow), over to Nordstrom for a proper measurement by their Bra Fit Specialists.
A well fitting bra will benefit you by giving you better posture, a perkier, younger looking chest, a classier look in your clothing, the appearance of a flatter and longer stomach and reduced back pain by locking and loading them where they are supposed to be.

Your Back Fat:
With the āgirlsā now in place donāt even think about smashing them into flatness by wearing the wrong style shaper! Yes, you just might need a shaper for the mid-section, as many of us are having issues not just in the front tummy area but the dreaded back fat as well!
Remember my mantra ā accentuate the assets (that would be the girls) and disguise the liabilities (that would be the front/back ripples).

Your Butt:
The dreaded butt āVā. Remember ladies ā you have to look good when you leave the room– so no panty lines! People watch you longer as you walk away because there is no eye contact that forces them to stop staring! So leave your granny panties in the drawer with your other ādrawersā. Mind you, these are not like the old girdle days or even the original Spanx days where they were so tight our legs turned blue from lack of circulation.
