BA50 Talkers
BA50’s very own publishers Felice Shapiro and Ronna Benjamin and their blogs are taking to the stage at the Davis Square Theatre this May 15th. We were thrilled to be selected among seven women writers including two other BA50 writers: Judy Bolton-Fasman and Julie Levinson.
In transforming the written blogging to the stage, Blogging Unplugged hopes to convey a sense of intimacy and immediacy — to dramatize the lives of women navigating their challenging world of work, community, family and self- awareness. As the heartaches, doubts and joys of individual bloggers come to life on stage, we believe that the connection the audience makes to their own lives will be electric and cathartic.
The women of Blogging Unplugged want their readers to unplug for an evening — to experience the blogs they have written in a new and exciting way. They invite the audience to share these stories by unplugging and connecting with real actors — our real bloggers, on stage.
