Rosalind Joffe is passionate about giving people who live with a chronic health condition the tools they need to thrive at work. Building on her own experience in living with chronic illnesses for 35 years, including multiple sclerosis, ulcerative colitis and chronic pain, when she founded the unique coaching firm, ciCoach. An ICF accredited coach, Rosalind has worked with many hundreds of individuals and organizations. A grant recipient from the Institute of Coaching, her research studied the impact of short term coaching on staying at work. She chairs the Patient Engagement Council of Massachusetts Health Quality Partners. A recognized national expert on chronic health challenges and their impact on career, Rosalind is widely quoted and a sought after speaker.
