Leon Rbibo is the President of The Pearl Source, one of the largest online pearl jewelry retailers and distributors in the United States. The Pearl Source does $10 million in revenue annually and imports more than 10,000 pearls monthly to the U.S. As a leading Foundation Member of the Cultured Pearl Association of America, The Pearl Source specializes in offering high quality customized pearl jewelry at up to 80 percent off retail prices. Prior to working in the jewelry industry, Mr. Rbibo worked as a private wealth consultant for Lincoln Financial Group. During his time with Lincoln Financial, Leon’s area of focus was asset management, insurance policies, living wills and trusts, and tax minimization. Mr. Rbibo graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelors Degree in Economics.
