Exercise, some people love it, and some hate it. And then there are those who do it because it’s good for them. But are you always benefitting from it?
A British company has developed a test that promises to tell you whether or not you are benefitting from certain types of aerobic exercise, thus enabling you to choose which types are specifically better for you. So no more wasted hours spent on the treadmill without seeing results…maybe.
