For this article I challenged myself to find stylish, easy-to-wear pieces under $40. I chose to focus on classic blue, which is Pantone’s color of the year for 2020. Classic blue is universally flattering on all skin tones and is a color that can be worn all four seasons, reducing cost per wear.
