It seems that the necessary life skills that we and our ancestors used to be taught by sitting at Grandma’s knee and in classes like Home Ec. and Beginner’s Sewing are no longer being passed down to our kids. What’s a parent to do? Well, you could sit down and teach them how to follow a budget, cook a nourishing meal, and clean their apartment…or you could send them to “Adulting School.”
