Because gluten can crop up in so many dishes, those who suffer from celiac and gluten sensitivities have to be super vigilant when choosing what to eat. That vigilance becomes even more difficult when they eat out or at the homes of others. Drug companies are now scrambling to come up with products that might help ease the consequence of accidentally eating something that is on the “forbidden” list.
