Good news for nut lovers. Studies have found that by eating any kind of nut (including peanuts)every day, you can reduce your risk of dying from cancer, heart disease, and other major chronic illnesses. Nuts do have lots of (good) fats, however, so just a handful will do–essentially, don’t “go nuts” with the nuts.
