The American Heart Association has recently released a statement suggesting that owning a dog can reduce your risk of heart disease. That’s all well and good, but don’t interpret that to mean you can lounge on the sofa eating pizza and fries next to man’s best friend and you’re golden. It means you’ve got to get up and walk the little (or big) guy!
