The battle over how bad for you too much sodium is and how bad for you too little is continues. New research has dertemined that the current guidelines about salt consumption are incorrect and may thus prove to be harmful to your health. The American Heart Association still stands by their original findings. And you can take all that “with a grain of salt.” (Sorry–we had to say it.)
