I’m proud as hell that at 53 I can run the three miles around the reservoir near my home in a little more than a half an hour. But I’m no Kathy Martin.  This extraordinary 60 year old realtor from Northport, New York is more than just impressive. With her husband as her coach, Kathy Martin is running competitively and still setting world records in running. She went from couch potato at 30 to star Master runner, so let Kathy be your inspiration and put on your running shoes and get going. There are plenty of older women competing in Masters competitions and they are fabulous.
