Razia’s Ray of Hope, published by Kids Can Press, is based on a true story of an Afghan girl who is determined to attend the school outside of Kabul founded by Razia Jan, honored as a 2013 CNN Hero. The book is a powerful introduction to the lives of women and children in Afghanistan and the power of education to change those lives.
