Cathy Utzschneider Cathy Utzschneider has focused her personal and professional interests on achieving athletic goals for fulfillment and life balance. Dr. Utzschneider earned a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. and Ed.D. (human movement) from Boston University. For the past 20 years, she has run a coaching practice for beginners to elites using the MOVE! method (c.utzschneider@rcn.com). Since 2006, she has taught at Boston College. A masters champion runner herself, Cathy has been head coach of the oldest women’s track club in the country, the Liberty Athletic Club, since 2006. Cathy is married and has two children. Her clients agree that Cathy is better after 50.
