2. Forget taking the easy way out of life. You know, not making a stir and please ditch the tip toeing. Death will find you anyway. Make noise now.

3. Don’t make decisions about your life based on needing a nurse or a purse in your old age. That is living for death.

4. Screw the haters, the rejectors, the back stabbers and people who just don’t like you — it’s not about them. You are just a mirror for them anyway about their own issues. You are worthy of love, presence and attention. Believe it. Be with people who love you for who you are. F#%k apologies for being you. You vibrate just fine.

The lesson of forgiveness is that it is all about being generous and compassionate to yourself.

11. Keep your friends close. Really. Keep them close. Take the time for them. You will never regret spending time on this earth with people who you love and who love you.

12. Love what you do. When people ask you how you get it all done — you will laugh and say … all what? Because you are “all in” with what you love.

13. Learn the term: “Be all in” and mean it. In love. In friendship. In work. With life. It’s really about commitment. Once you say “Hell, Yes” all the worries will be gone. Don’t get stuck in hesitancy. It’s the quicksand of a boring, numbed-out life. Once we commit, everything changes. Be an adventurer. It’s so good.

14. Be big. Invite others to stand on your shoulders and be bigger.

15. Do something different and don’t worry if people talk about you. They will.
