My stomach was rumbling at 4pm and I wanted a Starbucks and some chocolate. Actually I wanted to dig into a package of Peppridge Farm Milanos, but I don’t give myself permission to do that anymore.
This 4pm sugar craving hasn’t disappeared in 50 years… but i’ve had my strategies to put the beast to rest.
