Everyone knows that shopping can be a bear this time of year: crowds, noises, insufferable Christmas tunes permeating the airwaves, insufferable smells permeating your nose, hair and clothes. You hate it, don’t you? Believe it or not, that makes retailers very happy…because the more you hate the experience, the more you spend.
